Abstract:
|
In the past few years my group has designed and performed a series of wet lab experiments with the goal of understanding gene regulation in embryonic stem cell and its early differentiation. In this talk I will review what we have learned and will also discuss the challenges we faced, as a statistics group, in pursuing a combined computational and experimental research program.
