We passionately serve our customers, and deliver innovative programs to help them enjoy the outdoor lifestyle. As a statistician and analytics manager at Cabela's CLUB, I work with individuals from many different departments such as customer contact areas, operations, marketing, and compliance. Data analysis and statistical tools are essential for success. Non-technical skills including communication, organization, time management, business acumen, influencing and coaching are also important.
