Abstract:
|
We consider the problem of estimating exposure effects in a case-cohort study in the presence of measurement error on the exposure variable or other confounder variables in the model. Different modelling approaches including regression calibration and simulation extrapolation techniques are studied under both proportional and additive hazards assumptions. The methods will be illustrated on both real data and the performance examined in simulations including robustness under different distributions of the measurement error.
