Abstract:
|
Immunotherapies are providing new treatment options for patients with cancer. There is interest in exploring the benefit of combining immunotherapies with drugs with different mechanisms of action. We will explore ways to address some of the challenges in designing small screening clinical studies to investigate whether such combinations are worth investigating further.
