The United States Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) under the National Program of Cancer Registries regularly conducts surveys on cancer mortality. United States Cancer Statistics (USCS) has compiled state-wide 1999-2010 Cancer Incidence and Mortality Data. In this talk we use one of the multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) techniques to rank the states based on their 1999-2010 Mortality Data. The cancer cases used are Female Breast, Colon and Rectum, kidney, Leukemia, Liver and Intrahepatic Bile Duct, Lung and Bronchus, Ovary, Prostate and Oral Cavity and Pharynx from 1999 to 2010.
