The use of a book with this title obviously opens the VA to criticism, however unfair it might be. In the context of the VA having systematically lied to veterans and the public about how long it took to get a medical appointment at the VA, the last thing it needed was a distraction like the title of this book. Why didn't the trainers take this into account, given that there are many other books they might have used?
