Abstract:

This talk presents considerations for trials of novel vaccines. Adaptive multi-arm multi-stage designs will be discussed, as will some considerations that are relevant for ebolavirus vaccine trials. Specifically, I will contrast stepped wedge with more traditional clinical trial designs.
