Abstract:
|
Identifying predictive biomarker for patient tailoring is becoming more and more important for drug development. Multi-marker approaches have become more popular to complement single-marker analyses. Recently developed tree-based methods are particularly suitable for finding predictive biomarker in randomized trials with large number of candidate markers. A few examples will be provided to illustrate the methodology. Challenges and future direction will also be discussed.
