Abstract:
|
Business Analytics has become a high profile issue for business schools. Statistics, information technology and operations research are all included in the mix and a diversity of course offerings has appeared as a consequence. Based upon developments at their own institutions, panelists will discuss the key components of new programs in this area and assess the contributions that statisticians can make to this rapidly growing field.
