Abstract:
|
Cell lines are indispensable in genomic research in translation medicine. One important application of cell line models is their routine use for drug testing. However drugs that work well on cell lines do not guarantee the success in applying to patients. In this talk, we present an approach that utilizes the genomic data of NCI-60 cancer cell line panel to augment the drug response data for better clinical outcome prediction. This talk is partly based on joint works with Dr. Yi-Chiung Hsu et al.
