Abstract:
|
In clinical trial and many other applications, a stratified matched-pair data are often observed. In those set up, confidence intervals of the difference of proportions, confidence intervals of the common relative risk parameters or confidence intervals of the common odds ratio parameters are often needed to test the effect of the treatments. We propose novel Bayesian methods when the stratified data contain some missing information. The performances of the proposed methods are verified through simulation studies. Real world examples from device studies are used to explicate the proposed method.
