Abstract:
|
A recent project (available at http://epi.yale.edu) relies upon Simon Urbanek's FastRWeb and Rserve packages; plots were produced via the grid package and tables via googleVis. I'll share the essentials of this project but will also try to explore what seems to be the most popular alternative to FastRWeb: Jeff Horner's Rook package.
