Abstract:
|
There is a growing interest in relating different genomic data sources to better understand molecular processes underlying various phenotypes. We propose a statistical method that provides a unified and flexible approach for uncovering cluster structures and for identifying groups of related markers across data sets collected using various high-throughput technologies. The method combines the ideas of infinite mixture models, nonparametric regression, and variable selection.
