Abstract:

A brief overview of experimental design for animal drug safety/effectiveness studies involving correlated binary data will be presented. The application of a few statistical models, especially generalized linear models, will be shown with interpretation. Examples will be presented. This talk is focused on applications of the generalized linear model and is intended for those with little or no knowledge of the subject.
