Abstract:
|
Call flows are practical visualization tools for contact center managers to see the behavior of calls going through their system. Almost always they will also keep track of a set of performance metrics, such as caller opt out rate, over time. In this talk we will discuss a tool we are developing that uses animation to help managers see changes in call flows and how such changes might be correlated with changes in the metrics one is ultimately interested in improving.
