Abstract:
|
Adaptive design a play more and more important role in clinical trials. Adaptive design allows the opportunity to look at the data at an interim stage, and to modify the design based on the information obtained from the first stage data. However, how to ensure the trial's validity and integrity is always a concern. Relevant issues to consider before and after adaptations will be discussed.
