Abstract:
|
There are many parallels between modern biopharmaceutical experiments and classical agricultural studies. Classical experiment designs for agriculture are well suited to new applications in biopharmaceutical process development. In addition, some interesting opportunities for research into new experiment design methods are emerging. This session will focus on a discussion of the challenges and opportunities faced by statisticians working in biotechnology research and development.
