Abstract:
|
There are many available statistical methods for adaptive designs, among which overall FWER is controlled via either combination function approach or conditional power approach. Rather than controlling the FWER, we propose a method to control the overall FDR in a two-stage adaptive design. Explicit formulas for the overall FDR and FDR estimate in a two-stage adaptive design based on various combination functions are derived.
