Abstract:
|
We try to develop Gaussian graphical models using precision matrix selection to model the relation between the variables. This precision matrix is very useful to understand the relation ship between the variables or co-variates. This information can be effectively used in classification or clustering to enhance the model and get better results. We combine the precision matrix estimation model with discriminant analysis to get better classification results in various cases which are difficult for the current methods to analyze.
