Abstract:
|
A complex human trait is most likely affected by a group (network) of inter-regulated genes. This research concerns with the discovery of such gene groups through a trait-driven dimension reduction approach using large datasets generated by genome-wide gene expression microarrays, and the inference for validation of the findings on an external, independent dataset.
