Abstract:
|
In preparation for the 2011-12 Schools and Staffing Survey sponsored by the National Center for Education Statistics, the authors will calculate alternative nonresponse adjustments using Chi Square Automatic Interaction Detection methods on existing 2007-08 survey data. Key statistics will be compared against publicly reported tables to evaluate differences. Nonresponse bias will evaluated and compared. Discussions will also include potential efficiencies of using CHAID methods.
