Abstract:
|
We propose data compression and signal extraction methods for massively multivariate data observed at multiple visits. Our methodology applies to very large imaging studies where interest centers around describing the within- and between-subject variability of images. Extracted signals are used in a second level analysis to predict outcomes. Methods are motivated by and applied to a large longitudinal study of the effects of lead exposures on brain volumetrics.
