Abstract:
|
Quite often we see spatial-temporal processes with space-time dependent variation and seasonal behavior in various applications. High dimensionality and complicate temporal evolving pattern poses serious challenges. In this paper, we establish a statistical procedure of uncovering underlying fine structure of some spatial-temporal processes. We will prove consistency and optimality of our procedure. Such fine structure provides a framework suitable for statistical inference of such process. A real application to road network traffic prediction and control optimization will be discussed.
