Abstract:
|
This work proposes a permutation-based test procedure controlling the family wise error rate (FWE) by Weighted Step-Down Holm methods (WSDH). It is shown that in this context the choice of weights must be permutation invariant. By a simulation study we verified that the weights chosen as a function of the variance of the pooled data set are also suitable for heteroscedastic variables.
