Abstract:
|
This talk will present those principles and practices that, if implemented, will improve the treatment of missing data by both the pharmaceutical industry and the FDA. This talk will focus more on the specific trial design and trial conduct principles and practices that can be used to greatly reduce the frequency of missing data. This includes designs such as titration and enrichment designs, decisions on the length of the study, the selection of study endpoints, and the care and handling of study patients to facilitate participation.
