Abstract:
|
My day job involved being a professor of statistics until four years ago. My personal mission in life was and continues to be to transform statistics from a stumbling block into a stepping stone. To achieve this transformation I assert that interpersonal and intrapersonal skills play an essential role in effective consulting. For 25+ years I have proffered measurement and analysis of consulting sessions as a way to improve consulting practice. I will explore progress made and barriers encountered.
