Abstract:
|
The Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP; omop.fnih.org) is conducting a systematic study of a wide variety of algorithms and models for drug safety surveillance. OMOP focuses on large-scale observational databases, specifically electronic health record systems and claims databases. This talk will review some of the OMOP findings and outline some future possible research directions.
