Abstract:

Intraclass correlation coefficient is a common index of the inherence among repeated measurements, and an important indicator of the accuracy of an instrument in measuring the levels of a biomarker. We propose several approaches to investigate whether the intraclass correlation coefficient varies over times at which measurements are collected. Data from the BioCycle Study are used to exemplify the methods.
