Abstract:

This presentation will give an overview of the latest state of development of StatWeave, which is software that allows computer code to be embedded in a document. Automagically, the results are also embedded in the document. StatWeave supports a number of statistical and related programs including SAS, Stata, S and relatives, Maple, LaTeX, the OS shell, and StatWeave itself. It also supports different file formats, currently LaTeX and ODT. StatWeave is written in Java so that it runs on virtually any system; and it can be extended to support more software and more file formats.
