Abstract:

In this article we focus on Phase II monitoring of profile data. The profile data is assumed to be adequately modeled by the Generalized Linear Model (GLM). Likelihood ratio test (LRT) based control charts are proposed to detect the shift of on-line profiles from the baseline profile. In addition, both Shewhart-type and EWMA-type LRTcontrol charts are considered.
