Description

Leslie Kish, past President of the American Statistical Association and co-founder of the University of Michigan's Institute for Social Research, died October 7, 2000, at the age of 90. His contributions to survey sampling and survey research span a career of more than 50 years. The session starts with contributions from three panelists, after which there will be time for contributions of personal remembrances from the floor.
