Abstract:

Randomized trials are the only generally accepted tools for estimating causal effects, yet they often suffer from a number of complications. Noncompliance is one of such complications: In the roundtable, different types of noncompliance should be presented and discussed. In particular, discussion will be focussed on assumptions and associated methods under which analysis may proceed, allowing to go beyond the simple ITT analysis.
