As the glow of e-commerce wears off into the ugly reality of "business as usual," it's important for managers to become more aware of the range of new metrics and measurement services that are now coming available to them. We will discuss several of these new data collection/analysis schemes and focus on the unique benefits that can offer to academics and practitioners alike.
