I hope you are doing well! I’m reaching out to you because I thought you might be interested in what the ASA is doing. Today, they are having their first-ever giving day in support of the future of statistics and data science. I know you understand how important it is that we all do our part to ensure a bright future for the profession. I don’t have to tell you what it will be like if our youth aren’t properly educated in statistics or we don’t have enough students going into the field.
You can view some examples of what the ASA is able to accomplish when you give at www.amstat.org/givingday.
I hope you will consider joining me in making a contribution today—ASA Giving Day.
