Shouldn’t the Introduction reflect the content of the
Guidelines?
Although the Introduction (topic B) mentions
"the practitioner’s responsibility for assuring ...
that funders understand the ... limitations of
statistics in addressing their problem,"
I do not see this responsibility about "assuring the
understanding of limitations" explicitly addressed in
the corresponding section of the Guidelines
(Part II.B).
Moreover, why doesn’t Section I.C.8 also include
"improved public understanding of the LIMITATIONS of
statistics?"
