Abstract:

Panel consists of leaders in Programming, Statistics from Industry, CRO, Academia and FDA. Statistical Programmers remain core members of delivery team that provides solutions to complex problems and create significant efficiency in overall development cycle. Programmers with their unique analytical thinking are extremely well positioned to propose and drive strategy in complex business settings. There are several successful business leaders with programing background. This panel will share their experience and thoughts on how to continue efforts and encourage programming leads to take more leadership roles and influence decision making. The challenges and headwinds that may be forthcoming and plans to address them will also be shared.
