Abstract:

In this talk, I will introduce a novel statistics method that we developed to associate the brain image with genetic markers. An application that targets on selecting biomarkers for Alzheimer disease will also be discussed in this talk to illustrate the method's empirical performance. Some theoretical justification will also be provided as a guidance for the empirical performance of the proposed method.
