Abstract:
|
The poster will focus on sample size formulations for treatment and biomarker interactions with non binary and nonrandomized covariates using Cox Proportional Hazards regression models. These calculations will consist of theoretical derivations with the use of score functions and likelihood methods, as well as simulation investigations. Additionally a variance inflation factor will be implemented to determine the total mortality rate required for a given power to establish efficacy outcomes in survival treatment trials.
