Abstract:

Generalized linear mixed model is a widely used technique for analyzing discreate longitudinal outcome data. However logitudial data frequently suffers from the nonignorable missingness. In this study we are proposing to analyze this type of data using pseudo likelihood method by incorporating inverse probability weights augmented (IPWA) to account for the nonignorable missingness. Results from the simulation study will be presented to measure performence of the proposed mehtod. We will also apply this method to a real data set.
