Application of Multidimensional Time Model for PDF to Clinical Trials with Relation to Immune System (304142)

*Michael Fundator, Division on Behavioral and Social Sciences and Education of National Academies of Sciences

Keywords: Multidimensional Time Model, Immune System, Clinical Trials Design

Following recent works on clinical trials designs, such as Randomized Controlled trials design, crossover design, Stepped Wedge design, Multidimensional Time Model for Probability Distribution Function can be applied to these kinds of Clinical Trials for the improvements in the Immune System. Multidimensional Time Model for PDF can be compared to alternative methods suggesting the same direction that include Partial Stochastic Ordering, Rejection Sampling, Survival Analysis methods, and Saddlepoint Approximation for PDF. The comparison in relation to the Immune System is studied following analysis of Risk function for usual LSE and James-Stein type estimators.
