Predicting a future analysis of a time-to-event endpoint
*Mark Rothmann, FDA Keywords: This presentation focuses on the relationship between two analyses of time-to-event endpoints. The correlation between two time-to-event analyses on the same or different endpoints primarily depends on the timing of the analyses and the subject-level correlation between the endpoints analyzed. When using the same clinical trial to predict clinical benefit from an early analysis and establish clinical benefit from a later analysis, it is important to consider the timing of the analyses.
