Give an overview of application of simulations to various aspects and stages of drug development. It will cover the following topics:

• Markov Decision Process and Game theory in Pharmaceutical R & D • Classical and Adaptive Clinical Trial Simulations • Simulation Dynamic Drug Supply • Simulation in Prescription Drug Commercialization • Disease Modeling and Biological Pathway Simulation, etc.

This talk will also describe a number of different simulation techniques. Clinical trial simulation will be the focus point for this talk.
