Current Practices in Safety Studies
View Presentation *Louis Luempert, Novartis Animal Health Keywords: Statistical methods have advanced significantly over the last decade, especially in target animal safety studies. One-way analysis of variance, followed by Dunnett’s test was standard in the 80s and early 90s. All analyses were performed without regard to variance-covariance structure or adjustment for a covariate. The presentation will focus on current statistical methods used in safety studies and the advantages and shortcomings.
