This talk will present a process-mapping approach to organizing and communicating your career goals. This “career map” is a concise summary of your work history, past successes, strengths, desires, and current goals and career aspirations. The career map is concise and visual and facilitates the mentoring process, allowing you to quickly communicate where you are and where you would like to go with your work and life. Participants will be shown the presenter’s career map and how he has used it to effectively manage his career path.
